● Contacting us / feedback


Our website does not provide any functions of registration or sign-up (e. g. to a newsletter) in which you are asked for entering your personal data. However, you may contact us through email or in similar ways (e. g. for requests to our products and services). We will then process your personal data in order to reply to your request. Legal basis for this processing activity is your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 a) GDPR). In case of contacting us in order to reach a contractual relationship we will process personal data to carry out (pre-)contractual measures. Legal basis then is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 b GDPR.


● Server logs


When accessing our website, we will process data in server log files. This data derives from your terminal equipment and may include personal data. In particular, we process the following data:

- Your IP address
- Data and time of access
- File path accessed
- The websites from which you reached to our website (“referrer”)
- Quantity of bytes received and sent
- Calling client’s country code
- The browser used by you when calling our website (“web browser engine”)
- Pages accessed on our website including search terms, if applicable.

This processing activity is necessary to provide the necessary information to public bodies in case of a cyber attack. Therein also lies our legitimate interest for data processing. Legal basis for this processing activity is our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR).

We regularly delete this data after 14 days, in case of misuse after administrative or legal proceedings are finished.


● Tracking and cookies


Our website uses cookies (= i. e. text files that store information on your terminal equipment or accesses such information) for the purpose of enabling us to offer you optimum service (i. e. unrestricted access to our services and make use of our website as comfortable as possible). At present, we do not use (any other) tracking-software.

Our legitimate interest for these processing activities lies in the uninterrupted usability of our website. The legal basis for this processing activity is our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR.
